FILM BIO: One of the most successful short films of all time. The film has won several awards, including the Canal+ Short Film Award at the Deauville Film Festival, the Audience Award at both the Florida Film Festival and the San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, and was awarded Best Short Film at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival. The film has grossed over half a million dollars and still counting!

 

FILMMAKER BIO: Joe Nussbaum, a native of Rochester, New York, graduated from USC film school in 1996. Nussbaum parlayed the success of "George Lucas in Love" into a commercial directing career, helming over thirty TV spots and being heralded by trade journal Boards Magazine as one of the top up-and-coming commercial directors.

 

PRODUCTIONS NOTES: Nussbaum made his feature film directing debut with MGM's tween-girl comedy Sleepover in 2004. His second feature, American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile was released by Universal Pictures in 2006. Also that year, Nussbaum sold his original screenplay Brad Cutter Ruined My Life, Again to Warner Bros.
